The O’Neill Healthcare Case Study Overview

Prior to working with Mosaic eMarketing, O’Neill Healthcare had a website that was built on Wix and it presented a handful of drawbacks which is why they decided to talk with the Mosaic team about the potential for a new website. Based on our audit and discovery with the O’Neill Healthcare team, the below items were earmarked as the main deliverables for a website project:

  • Move the website from Wix to WordPress to give O’Neill Healthcare a flexible, easy to manage back end system so they could manage the site internally.
  • Make the site responsive to all screen sizes. The old site only functioned on desktop.
  • Improve the site speed. After completion, site speed improved by 105%.
  • Integrate with a third party system, to properly display and host all job openings on their site.
  • Build additional content, to better serve their web traffic.
  • Improve website conversion rates.
  • Build a news and events page, which feeds content to the relevant facility landing page.
  • Improve the site’s foundational search engine optimization (SEO) architecture.

We also launched a Google Ads (AdWords) program in conjunction with the site launch. Between the Google Ads (AdWords) program and the search engine optimization (SEO) monthly website traffic has increased by 675% per month. The Google Ads program is achieving a CTR greater that 8% and a conversion rate greater than 20%, driving many new business opportunities.
